Action for Ageing

Action for Ageing is a UK, family run, web based, social enterprise which seeks to raise awareness of the impact of ageing on individuals and families.

Its ethos is centered on the notion that “prevention is better than cure”. As such, it seeks to provide people with the motivation, information and resources to promote the safety, health and well being of themselves and those for whom they care.

Action for Ageing has produced a book setting out practical tips for helping ageing loved ones. The book is available to visitors of engagewithyou.com at a 40% discount. Simply follow this link to the Action for Ageing book and quote A4AEngage when prompted for a promo code.

You can also read a series of blog posts written by Action for Ageing employee Robin Minett. These give helpful advice based on her extensive experience with elderly care giving.
